Strategy
PKCBoston began with a comprehensive strategic analysis to assess the company's position in the marketplace and to review how the brand was reflected on marketing communications materials. Based on this analysis and the in-depth discussions with Team SullyMac's executive team, we developed a plan to refresh its brand and developed a Web site that reflects Team SullyMac's solid reputation as the trusted electrical contractor of choice.
