Patricia Kennedy, president, has more than 30 years experience working with senior executives and their teams to build integrated programs based on the client's business objectives and strategic direction. She provides consulting in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, market research, brand and identity programs, public relations, community relations, collateral materials, Web sites, promotional programs, and advertising campaigns.

Prior to forming Patricia Kennedy Communications, Pat was senior vice president and director of the communications division of FH/GPC, a Fleishman Hillard company based in Boston, MA. While at FH/GPC and at Kennedy & Company, the communications agency that she owned for 18 years, Pat directed and managed integrated campaigns for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Medical Products Group for their world-wide launch of cardiac monitoring equipment; Lotus Development Corporation; Lowes Home Improvement Stores; and many healthcare clients including Tufts-New England Medical Center, Floating Hospital for Children, New England Baptist Hospital, Lowell General Hospital, Imaging and Surgery Centers of America, New England Surgicare, and Be Well Body Scan.

In addition, Pat has worked closely with several trade associations and advocacy groups including the HandsOn Science Partnership, Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, Massachusetts Medical Society, New England Society of Association Executives, Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives, New England Seafood Producers Association, Inquiry Science Education Coalition, and the South End Business Alliance.

Carli Baum, project assistant, holds a BA in Communications from Boston College. She has previously worked in branding and marketing for corporations such as Nautica and MTV, as well as in the Executive Office of Health and Human Services for Massachusetts as a part of the communications team.

Chris Chopyak, consultant, focuses on designing deliverable strategies and meaningful processes for multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations, foundations and government agencies. Her work typically includes the following:

Prior to her consulting work, Chris was the vice president for development at Earth Force headquartered in Alexandria, VA, and executive director of Keystone Science School, a division of The Keystone Center located in Keystone, Colorado. Chris has developed and led major leadership development programs for corporate executives, education leaders and educators. She has over 16 years of experience working in education, facilitation, and training with specific expertise in science, environment and sustainability. Chris has an M.B.A from the University of Denver.

Wyndham Lewis, consultant, is an accomplished public relations and marketing professional with experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors. 

Mr. Lewis possesses a wealth of government experience having served as Press Secretary/Director of Public Relations for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Office of Consumer Affairs, Office of Economic Development and Department of Telecommunications and Energy, Registry of Motor Vehicles.  Wyndham also served in the offices of Governors William Weld and Paul Cellucci.

Wyndham began his career in New York City in public relations and fundraising for the Museum of Television and Radio and several non-profit start-ups including the Gen-Art Film Festival.

Wyndham has been published in several magazines: US Magazine; Details; Independent Film; FLM; Shoot and PC-Magazine.  Wyndham has also written and produced sports, entertainment and documentary programming for television.  He is also the author of screenplays and a book.

Susan Mann, project manager, has specialized in development, publications and communication activities for over 20 years for non-profit organizations.  She has worked with South Shore Hospital, Milton Academy, Forbes House Museum (Milton) and most recently as director of publications and communications at Tenacre Country Day School in Wellesley, MA.  She currently provides consulting services in the areas of message development, copywriting, collateral material development, web sites and event planning. 

Laura Pierce, consultant, has more than 14 years of experience developing and implementing communications strategies for corporate and non-profit clients.  She currently provides consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, message development, copywriting, brand programs, collateral material development, Web sites and event planning. 

Laura was a vice president in the communications practice at O’Neill and Associates, a public affairs firm located in Boston and Washington D.C.  While at O’Neill and Associates, Laura managed major public relations campaigns for companies and non-profits including ISO-New England, Sovereign Bank, Hanify & King, Wheaton College, New England Seafood Producers Association and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

Previously, Laura led public relations activities for clients targeting the teen sector at the Boston-based marketing agency, Triple Dot Communications. While at Triple Dot, Laura’s clients included Ben and Jerry’s, Lindt Chocolates and Timberland.  Prior to joining Triple Dot, Laura was an account executive at BSMG Worldwide where she helped to develop national public relations initiatives for large corporations including Kraft Foods, Ocean Spray and Goya. 

Susan Speed, project assistant, provides copy editing, fact checking and proofreading services for clients.

Hallie Ephron Touger, consultant, is a marketing copywriter, instructional designer, and evaluator with twenty-five years of experience working with teams and senior managers, helping to effectively communicate corporate messages. She specializes in making technical content easy to understand and in melding compelling Web content with outstanding Web design. Her wide-ranging experience includes writing marketing copy for the Web, writing print collateral and customer success stories, and designing Web-based training for IBM and Lotus; evaluating senior management training for Compaq and Hewlett Packard; and writing copy and white papers for Web sites including Domain Pharma, DxCG, MedAssets, and Clinical Studies, Ltd. Hallie was a Senior Consultant and manager at Digital Equipment, responsible for designing and evaluating corporate communications and training. She managed a marketing and training group at Borland International. She has had extensive experience teaching at the post-secondary level, and was an Assistant Professor of Education at Curry College, an Adjunct Professor at Lesley University, and continues to teach writing and instructional design. Hallie holds a BA from Columbia University, an MA in education from New York University, and a PhD in educational research and measurement from Boston College.
